Is Budget Homes still a solid investment bet in Delhi, ya ab overvalued ho gaya hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka load dekhna padega. Kafi log bolte hain ki Budget Homes mein ab ROI utna nahi milega. Not sure agar yeh sahi hai. Kya kisi ko pata hai which specific sectors or projects within Budget Homes still offer good value? Matlab, are there any hidden gems jo abhi bhi undervalued hain? Or is the price jump for a 3BHK there just not worth it anymore compared to other areas? Should I even consider it for an upgrade ya kahin aur dekhun? Honest opinions needed, please. Thanks!

Bhai, you're not alone. I've been eyeing Budget Homes for a while now, especially for an upgrade from my 2BHK in Rohini. But honestly, the prices have just shot through the roof. Lagta hai ab woh 'budget' wala factor reh hi nahi gaya. ROI toh door ki baat, ab toh entry price hi itna high hai ki soch ke darr lagta hai. Maybe we missed the boat.
