From 2BHK to villa — my Ghaziabad upgrade dilemma
Ghaziabad property search is something else. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya villa. Celestial Comfort Condominium ya MNG Smart Villa mein confuse hoon. Celestial ready hai, MNG ongoing. Investment potential kiska better hai for 5 years? Aur amenities jo actually use ho, not just brochure pe dikhe? Maintenance charges ka bhi idea chahiye. Is the price jump worth it?
