From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story

Since last year, I've been eyeing Krishna Kunj for a bigger place. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the water supply situation wahan seems dicey. Everyone glorifies the location and amenities, but what about consistent municipal supply? I'm currently in a 2BHK on Kalawad Road and we don't face these tanker issues. For a 3BHK around ₹1 Cr, is this premium justified agar basic paani hi reliable nahi? Is it mostly borewell ka paani ya frequent cuts? I'm thinking of upgrading, but this concern makes me hesitant. Change my mind.
