From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story
₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Ameya Sapphire Residences is a big jump from my current 2BHK. I'm thinking of upgrading but worried about construction quality affecting resale and future maintenance. Are initial cracks or seepage common even in premium projects? Does better build quality truly attract good tenants and justify the higher price?

Initial cracks aur seepage toh common ho gaye hain aajkal. Build quality ke naam pe bas marketing hoti hai, asliyat toh baad mein pata chalti hai. Resale value bhi affected hoti hai isse.
