Gurugram mein high maintenance charges are a big concern for investors. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 65, eyeing Whiteland Westin Residence. What's the actual maintenance like, and is service quality good? Does construction quality affect long-term costs and resale? Are those fancy amenities worth the premium for tenant attraction, ya just extra cost?

Bhai, upgrade story toh theek hai, but Whiteland Westin Residence ka price range dekha hai? ₹6.4 Cr se shuru hai! Aur possession 2029-12-01 tak hai. Itna lambi wait aur itna high budget, as a first-time buyer, I'm already nervous. Sector 65 mein 2BHK se villa, sounds great, but is it really worth locking up funds for 5+ years? Especially when Gurugram market is so volatile, kya pata tab tak kya ho jaye.
Totally agree, U1. This price range is insane for a first-time buyer, even if it's a villa. My budget is barely touching 1.5 Cr, eyeing something around Badshahpur
