Been looking at DLF Kings Court since last month, thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Yaar, those prices are insane! Everyone glorifies its luxury but no one talks about actual capital appreciation. Iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Who will buy such expensive property in 5 years? Honestly, ROI seems low. Change my mind.
