Builders promise 24/7, but is it full flat backup or just common areas? Yaar, for investors, tenant complaints about no water or frequent power cuts are a headache. Resale value pe bhi affect karta hai, plus high maintenance due to these issues. Is the price jump worth it for amenities that might not deliver? Any current owners or investors there? Golden Avenue? Woh jo sirf 3 units waala project hai, right? Bhai, that's barely a building, not a "Premium Floor" project. Amenities ka toh bhool jao, self-managed hi karna padega sab kuch.
