Upgrading to a 3BHK in Delhi feels like a bigger headache than finding my first 2BHK. I'm looking at Angels Luxurious Residency and Lamba Floors Rohini Sector 25. Both seem okay on paper, but construction quality ka kya scene hai after possession? Sunte hain Angels mein finishing issues common hain. Aur Lamba ka customer support after booking kaisa hai? Honest experiences needed.

Bhai, Angels Real Estate ka naam toh suna hai. Mere ek dost ne inke ek project mein invest kiya tha Anand Vihar mein, 2 saal pehle. Possession mili but bathroom fittings aur paint mein itne issues the ki theek karwate-karwate haal kharab ho gaya. Customer support toh jaise booking ke baad gayab hi ho jaata hai. Lamba Floors ka idea nahi, but Angels se toh bach ke rehna.
Yaar, totally relate! 2BHK mil gaya tha but ab 3BHK ke liye Angels Luxurious Residency aur Lamba Floors ka naam sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Sahi mein, Angels ki finishing issues kitni serious hain? Koi actual experience share karo please.
