₹2.5 Cr for a decent 3BHK in DLF City is what I'm seeing. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 55, I'm thinking of upgrading. Is the jump in premium justified for a 3BHK or villa there? Already have a home loan, so wondering if this investment makes sense now, or should I wait? What are people's experiences?

Honestly, ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in DLF City right now seems very steep. Market thoda overheated lag raha hai. I was looking at properties near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and
Bhai, DLF City mein 3BHK is a dream! ₹2.5 Cr sounds like a lot but for that area, the premium is often justified for the lifestyle and appreciation. Agar budget stretch ho raha hai toh go for it, value only goes up from here. You'll thank yourself later.
