From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story

My lease ends in 4 months. I'm in a 2BHK, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK/villa. Invixo Ace Studio at ₹11.93L is on my radar. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? What's the community vibe like? Not sure if it's a smart move.

11.93L for a villa? Sounds too good to be true. Is it really a villa or just a fancy name for a small plot house? I'm also looking to upgrade from 2BHK. What's the actual usable space like?

Totally agree! Builders ka marketing gimmick hota hai. Villa bolke kuch aur hi de dete hain. Carpet area check karna bahut zaroori hai.
