From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story
Honestly, I'm starting to think these fancy brochures are just wishful thinking. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. Already have a home loan, so the price jump needs to be justified. Looking at places like Gaurs Sports Wood, the amenities look great on paper. But is the clubhouse actually used daily, or is it a ghost facility after a year? I hear about amazing sports facilities but not sure if they're maintained or just showpieces. How real are the green areas too? Are they actual open spaces or just small patches between cramped towers? And security systems, do they work well beyond the gate, or is it just for show? For anyone living in these upscale Noida projects, especially Gaurs Sports Wood, is the premium worth it for these amenities? What's the reality after possession? Which would you pick?

Totally relate to this! Gaurs Sports Wood ke brochures looks amazing, but I've heard so many stories about these grand amenities becoming unusable after a year. Especially the sports facilities, maintenance ka issue rehta hai. Is that really true for Sports Wood? Any residents here?
