From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story

The price of luxury homes in Delhi feels a bit inflated right now, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking to upgrade to a 3BHK, maybe even a small villa, and Shiv N Sai Luxury Homes dekh raha hoon. Price range ₹90 L se ₹1.50 Cr tak hai. Mera biggest concern hai ki kya yeh project genuinely liveable hai ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? Floor plans online dekhe hain, but carpet area efficiency kaisi hai actual mein? Lagta hai kaafi space wasted hai. Neighbourhood mein schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Daily commute ke liye connectivity kaisi hai? I'm not sure if the price jump is worth it for the actual space you get. Any residents here jo share kar sakte hain apna experience?
