Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm stuck on this one aspect for my upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of a 3BHK or villa like Omaxe Celestia Royal. My main concern as an investor is the actual day-to-day utility reliability. Kya full flat power backup milta hai ya sirf common areas? Water supply mein tanker dependency toh nahi? For tenants, these are deal-breakers. Does good quality power/water service actually justify a higher premium and better resale, ya bas basic expectation hai? Any long-term owners can share experiences?

Honestly, a villa like Omaxe Celestia Royal in New Chandigarh sounds great on paper, but have you checked the actual cost vs. a 3BHK? The premium for a villa often includes these 'luxury' utilities, but builders sometimes cut corners. My friend bought in Manimajra, and even with 'full
Totally agree! For tenants, good utilities are non-negotiable. Plus, for resale value, nobody wants a headache. Wise move to think about this now.
Bhai, your concern about power backup and water supply is SO real! As a first-time buyer looking at New Chandigarh for an upgrade, this is exactly what keeps me up at night. What's the point of a fancy villa if basic utilities are unreliable? I've heard horror stories about Omaxe in other projects regarding delays and patchy services once possession is given. For an investor like me, who might consider renting it out later, these are absolute deal-breakers. Good to ask these questions upfront.
