₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Nisarga Layout — really? My current 2BHK EMI is already stretching me. We're in a 2BHK in Whitefield, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa in Nisarga Layout. Builders like Prestige and Sobha have projects there, but prices seem super high. Is this price justified yaar, ya negotiation space hai? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Borewell pe kitna depend karna padta hai? And future resale value kaise hai, given the current market? Already have a home loan, so this jump feels huge. Any residents, please share your experience.
