Bhai, concerns toh real hain. Sohna Road pe especially, kuch societies ki reputation kharab hai for water logging. Mere ek dost ka flat hai Sector 49 mein, har baar baarish mein paani bhar jaata hai parking mein. Builder ka track record check karna bahut zaroori hai, especially old projects ka.
