Gurugram mein prices aise hi high chal rahe hain, upar se yeh issues. It's a tough market for first-time buyers like us. Jab tak possession milega 2027 mein, pata nahi aur kya kya naye rules aa jayenge. Kya lagta hai, prices thode settle honge ya aise hi badhte rahenge?
Meri toh jaan nikal gayi thi parking ke chakkar mein. Baharampur Naya mein, builder ne last minute pe bola extra charge for a reserved spot, varna common parking mein gaadi park karni padegi. Aur common parking mein jagah hi nahi hoti thi. Ek toh loan ki tension, upar se ye sab hidden costs! First-time buyers ke liye toh ye builders poora game khelte hain.
Haan bhai, ye toh common trick hai. Maintenance, PLC, parking, sab mein hidden charges. First-time buyer ko toh pata hi nahi chalta ki kya kya add ho jayega total cost mein. Bahut research karni padti hai.
OMG, is that even legal? Builders can just spring extra charges like that at the end?
Yaar, but JMS The Nation ka price range ₹2.2 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr hai, isme bhi parking ka issue? Builder toh bahut promises karta hai. Aur unka RERA number GGM/543/275/2022/18 hai, doesn't that offer some protection? Is this a known builder issue, ya sirf parking ka specific problem hai? Confused hu, isme invest karna chahiye ya nahi.
Total units 285 hain aur possession date 2027-02-01 hai. Itna time hai, toh parking ka issue solve nahi hoga kya? Ya units ke comparison mein parking spots kam hain? Ye toh pehle se pata karna chahiye.
Dekho, location wise JMS The Nation Badshahpur ke paas hai, connectivity achi hai. Maybe that's why the premium. Parking issue toh almost har naye project mein sunne ko mil raha hai nowadays, whether it's justified or not, that's another debate.
RERA number toh hai, but mere friend ka Basai mein ek project tha, RERA registered hone ke baad bhi parking ke liye builder ne bahut ghumaya. Just RERA doesn't guarantee smooth sailing.
Totally agree yaar! Meri bhi same frustration hai. Airport Road side mein bhi projects aise hi hain, price itna high hai but basic facility jaise proper parking bhi nahi dete. Kya fayda itne paise dekar jab convenience hi na ho. First-time buyer ke liye toh headache hai.
