My friend lives in a DLF project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), and they did have some seepage issues after 3 years. Builder fixed it, but it took ages and a lot of follow-ups. Be prepared for that.
DLF Privana West is getting a lot of buzz, but the price range ₹7.8 Cr – ₹12.3 Cr is insane for a first-time buyer like me. Plus, possession in 2031? That's a decade away! Is anyone actually considering this project with such a long wait and high price tag?
I saw the ads, it looks luxurious for sure. But my main concern is that incredibly long wait. So much can change by 2031, especially with the market near Badshahpur and Baliawas. Builder delays are common.
Too expensive, agreed! Mera budget toh ₹3-4 Cr max hai, yeh toh out of reach hai completely.
