From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story
Been in my 2BHK in Sector 57 for six years now, and we're finally thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. Budget is around 2.5-3 Cr, already have a home loan so EMI is a big factor. Sohna seems to be the only place where villas or decent 3BHKs are somewhat affordable, but I'm really worried about the ground reality there. Brochures show green spaces and easy access, but what's it *actually* like to live there? How's the commute to Cyber Hub daily? Is the infrastructure (water, electricity, schools) holding up? Or is it still very much 'developing'? Anyone living in Sohna, especially near areas like Sector 35 or 36, can you share your honest pros and cons? Is the price jump worth the daily hassle, or is it smoother than it seems? What does the community think?

Yaar, but the prices for a villa in 2.5-3 Cr budget are only possible in Sohna right now. Gurgaon mein toh 2BHK bhi mushkil se aata hai.
Sohna? Bhai, I've heard so much about it but the commute to Cyber Hub is what scares me. Daily 2-3 hours in traffic? That's half your life! Plus, infrastructure ka kya scene hai? Water, electricity, schools... are they really there or just on paper?
