Honestly, I'm kinda stressed about this whole upgrade plan. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65 Mohali, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya fir chhota villa. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka scene hai. DLF, Emaar, aur Godrej Properties ko dekh raha hoon. Builders ka on-time delivery track record kaisa hai Mohali projects mein? Especially construction quality, yaar. Sunne mein aata hai ki finishing issues bohot hote hain after possession. Kisi ke paas experience hai? Aur hidden charges ka kya scene hai? PLC, OC, maintenance deposits, ye sab baad mein pata chalta hai. Is the price jump for these big names really worth it, ya koi aur builder better hai? Kya lagta hai community ko?

Totally understand the stress! Upgrade karna toh sab chahte hain, but loan aur EMI ka tension alag hi level pe hota hai. I'm also looking for a 3BHK in Mohali, so your questions are exactly what's on my mind. Especially about hidden charges. Kya lagta hai, big builders worth it for peace of mind?
