From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story
I'm pretty confused about the market. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 44, considering a 3BHK or villa in the 'Luxury Homes' corridor. Already have a home loan. The price jump feels massive. How have prices trended there last 1-2 years? Is the premium justified now, or wait?

U3, Vamana Group ka koi RERA registered project nahi hai abhi tak. Unka naam bas suna hai ki kuch plots acquire kar rahe hain. Essentially, 0 projects hain unke. Isiliye OP ko darr lag raha hai, aur sahi bhi hai. Kaun apna hard-earned money aise risk mein daalega?

Main khud Manimajra mein ek 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade dekh raha tha, but prices pichhle ek saal mein itne badh gaye hain ki himmat hi nahi ho rahi. Lagta hai abhi wait karna hi better option hai, specially agar builder ka track record clear nahi hai. Patience is key, I guess.

Exactly! Pehle hi loan hai, upar se aise new builder pe trust karna mushkil hai. Budget bhi tight hoga OP ka, aur aise mein fas gaye toh mushkil ho jayegi. Main toh avoid karunga.
