The Gated Community corridor in Ghaziabad feels like a different city altogether sometimes. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in that area. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor. Brochures always show the best, but what's the actual ground reality like living there? Commute, traffic, daily amenities ka kya scene hai? Is the premium for those 'gated' facilities really worth it ya bas facade hai? Especially interested in knowing about the hidden costs or issues people face jo builder ya broker kabhi nahi batate. Koi unique tips for site visits or negotiation for that area? Should I stretch for a villa or stick to a bigger apartment? Hope someone has some real-world insights, would be super helpful.
