From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story
Since last year I've been seriously checking out properties in Greater Noida for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in a decent sector here, but thinking of moving to a 3BHK or even a small villa. Already have a home loan, so the EMI jump needs to make sense. Specifically looking at the 'Ready to Move' corridor. Log kehte hain ki investment perspective se ab utna growth potential nahi hai, ya peak ho chuka hai. But is it true? I'm seeing some decent projects around Pari Chowk and near Knowledge Park, like by Gaursons or ATS. Is the price premium for these actually worth it, ya abhi bhi undervalued pockets hain? What's your take, community? Should I push for a bigger loan now or wait it out? Any specific projects ya areas jo aap recommend karoge for good ROI and livability?
