From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa around Kokapet. Already have a home loan, so this next one is a big step. I'm looking at Salarpuria Sattva's Sattva Lake Ridge. Price point for a 3BHK is ₹1.5 Cr, which is a significant investment. My main concern is the long-term resale value. Does anyone have experience with Salarpuria Sattva projects, especially after a few years? What's the society maintenance like? Do they hand over RWA control smoothly, or is builder interference common? Yeh sab cheezein affect karti hain na future valuation pe. Kya lagta hai, is it a good bet for resale in Hyderabad?
