From 2BHK to villa — my honest upgrade story

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 115, and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Noida Extension. Sach bolun, everyone glorifies the 'potential' but nobody talks about the daily traffic nightmares and basic infrastructure issues. Is the price jump for a bigger place here really worth it, ya sirf future promises ke liye paisa de rahe hain? Connectivity isn't always smooth. Change my mind.
