Palam Vihar in Sohna is completely overhyped for investment right now, change my mind. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Sector 14, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa, but Palam Vihar ke rates dekh ke lagta hai sab paisa bana chuke hain. Is the premium for a 3BHK or a plot there actually justified for future ROI? My current home loan already taxes me, yaar. Everyone glorifies its connectivity, but nobody talks about the actual capital appreciation potential from THIS point onwards. I honestly think it's peaked, aur ab entry point sahi nahi hai. What's the ground reality for actual residents? Disagree? Tell me why.
