From a big house to a manageable flat: my RTM reality check
Visited a couple of ATS projects last weekend near Asgerpur, and honestly, the difference between what's marketed and what's available is huge. Kids have moved out, so ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. We sold our old place, so looking for a compact 2BHK ya small 3BHK, ready-to-move hi prefer kar rahe hain. What I realized is, builders will show you a fancy sample flat, but the actual available inventory for RTM might be on lower floors or with bad PLC. For us, elevator access and hospital proximity is key. So, direct site visit of the *actual available unit* is non-negotiable. Don't just rely on brochures. Also, maintenance charges ka bilkul clear idea lena chahiye, not just initial estimates. Has anyone else faced this problem, especially with older projects in sectors like 107 or 78? Any other tips for checking the real condition of ready-to-move flats? Hope this helps someone looking too.
