Kitna realistic hai negotiation on a new flat in Bengaluru? I'm eyeing a GR Group 2BHK in Siddapura, quoted ₹1.1 Cr. Builders have margins, but what's the real scene for spot discounts? Broker se better deal milti hai ya direct builder se? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Stamp duty, registration, sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai from this base price?
