Is Carmelaram ka property price hike justified for a 3BHK upgrade? Currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur, thinking of a 3BHK or villa there. Metro connectivity is coming, but prices are ₹1.5 Cr+ for a decent 3BHK. Investment potential kaisa hai for 3-5 years? Daily commute mein kitna fark padega?
