From big home to compact flat: My Hyderabad journey
After 30 years in our big house, we're finally looking for a smaller 2BHK in Nanakramguda. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. We're eyeing projects like Salarpuria Sattva, hoping for a good society with low maintenance. My main question is about brokers versus going direct to the builder. I'm hearing brokers can sometimes unlock better deals, maybe even with hidden discounts. Is that true for Hyderabad? Or is it smarter to approach the builder directly for a 2BHK around ₹1.2-1.5Cr? Honestly, I don't want to miss out on potential savings. Also, what's the typical negotiation room on these prices in Nanakramguda? Any specific tactics or tips to get the best price for an end-user like us? Hope this helps someone else too.

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Hyderabad mein 2BHK dekh raha hoon, Nanakramguda mein hi. Mera budget bhi around ₹1.3Cr hai. Yeh broker vs direct builder wala confusion toh killer hai. Sach mein brokers se better deal milti hai kya? Main toh soch raha tha seedha builder office jaake bargain karunga.
Bhai, brokers se bach ke raho. Bas commission khaate hain. Direct builder se hi baat karo.
