Honestly, selling our big house and looking for a smaller flat in Chandigarh is a whole new ballgame. My kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. We're eyeing a 2BHK, maybe in Sector 24C. I'm confused about these 'floor-rise premiums' and PLC charges builders add. Is paying extra for a higher floor really worth it, or just an inflated price? Also, what's the actual stamp duty and registration cost in Chandigarh? I want to avoid last-minute surprises and understand the true all-in cost for something manageable.
