From big house to flat: my Noida Extension dilemma

Okay I'm selling the big house now, and finding a smaller flat is proving tougher than I thought. My kids have moved out, so I'm looking at The Antriksh Golf View I in Noida Extension. How's the construction quality there after a year or two? Any real issues with cracks or seepage? Also, are the green areas genuinely open and usable, or just cramped spaces? What about the maintenance services for these?
