From big house to smaller flat – my 3B Corner Hub cost check

Did anyone else find the maintenance and hidden charges for 3B Corner Hub a bit... high? My kids have moved out, so we're downsizing. I'm trying to figure out the actual total-cost beyond the base price. Builders often quote low, but then PLCs, club charges, IFMS sab add ho jaate hain. Kya kisi ne detailed breakdown nikala hai for 2BHK? Want something manageable.

Totally relate! Builders always pull this. I'm also looking at 2BHKs for downsizing, but the 'all-inclusive' price never feels truly all-inclusive. PLCs, club membership, IFMS... it adds up so fast. For 3B Corner Hub, I heard the maintenance is quite steep. What's the per sqft rate they are quoting these days?

Haan bhai, same experience! Base price sunke toh achha lagta hai, but final amount dekh ke hosh ud jaate hain
