From brochure dreams to reality: Green Pike's amenities
₹95 lakh for a 3BHK at Green Pike Apartments, and I'm honestly regretting it. The brochure amenities, especially the kids' play area and pool, were a huge factor for us. But post-possession, it's just sad. Broken equipment, poor pool maintenance. My wife's priority was a safe, engaging space for the children, and this isn't it. Are other Green Pike residents facing these amenity upkeep issues? What did you do?

Bhai, ye Green Pike ka sunke darr lag raha hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain aur amenities dekh ke hi plan kar rahe the. ₹95 lakh for a 3BHK and then this? Builder ka naam kya hai, koi track record hai kya iska?
Haan yaar, builder ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere friend ne bhi iske ek project mein invest kiya tha, same issues.
