From broker to buyer: Ansal Aastha investment dilemma
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot for investment. I work in real estate, so I know the usual builder spin, but buying for myself is different. It’s a completed project, priced around ₹29.40 L–₹30.10 L. I’m trying to gauge its actual capital appreciation since launch. Has it really moved much, or is it pretty flat? What’s the real rental yield like for a 2BHK there? I’m not looking for brochure numbers, off the record if possible. More importantly, what’s the investor to end-user ratio? Don’t want to get stuck in a ghost society, you know. Resale liquidity is key for me; who’s gonna buy this in 5-7 years? Any insights on the secondary market activity would be super helpful. Honestly, not sure if this is the right long-term bet for good ROI.
