Did a site visit to DDA Rosewood Apartment last week and honestly, I'm a bit concerned. Yaar, I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different. Brochure mein toh sab great lagta hai, but construction quality aur finishing dekh ke darr lag raha hai. Will the promised amenities, like the clubhouse, actually be functional or just showpiece? Not sure about the long-term maintenance issues. Anyone living there already? How's the reality vs brochure?
