₹78L for 3BHK in Sector 35? Thoda high lag raha hai, yaar. Current market mein itna nahi chal raha, unless it's a super premium project. Goyal Estate wale toh inflate karke hi batate hain, unki quotes pe pura bharosa mat karna.
Sahi baat hai, bhai. Main bhi dekh raha hoon udhar, itna toh nahi suna. Especially for a first-time buyer like me, every lakh counts.
