Visited a few sites in Raj Nagar Extension last weekend. Builders like Gaurs and ATS are quoting high for 3BHKs, around ₹1.1 Cr. I know infra projects like Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro extension are pushing prices. But honestly, for my own purchase, I'm wondering if Ghaziabad's appreciation has peaked? Is there still good ROI potential for 2026-27? Ya phir, ab bas end-user market hai? What's your take on current market timing for investment here?

Yaar, I totally agree with the original post. Raj Nagar Extension mein prices are just insane now. ₹1.1 Cr for a 3BHK? Lagta hai peak out ho gaya hai. My budget was around ₹80-90L max. For ROI, I'm super skeptical for 2026-27. Infrastructure toh ban gaya, ab aur kitna push karega prices?
