From broker to buyer: My Delhi property reality check

Honestly, even after years in this business, buying my own place in Delhi feels like a whole different ballgame. Sab bolte hain market upar hi jaayega, but I'm looking at Jamia Nagar for a 3BHK, prices seem crazy inflated. Builders like DLF aur Godrej apni marzi se rates badha rahe hain, lagta hai koi correction aayega kya 2026 tak? Current prices sustainable hain ya bubble hai? Especially after seeing how much areas like Vasant Kunj have shot up. Log resale ko discount pe bech rahe hain, but new launches ka toh alag hi scene hai. Change my mind, ya phir batao tum log kya dekh rahe ho for next 2-3 years.
