From broker to buyer — my Gurugram reality check

DLF Royalton Towers – everyone glorifies the location and brand, but honestly, construction quality ki reality kya hai? I work in real estate, but buying for myself feels totally different. Builders ki marketing spin I can see through, but actual long-term issues... that's where I need honest opinions. Okay, I'll say what no one says. After a year or two, how many of you face seepage issues, cracks, ya cheap fittings jo jaldi kharab ho jaate hain? Bahar se sab shiny lagta hai, andar se kya haal hai? And what about maintenance charges? They're sky-high for these premium projects, but does the service actually justify it? Yaar, just for common areas, it's a bomb. Is the building truly well-maintained after a few years, or just on paper? Is the premium for DLF Royalton just for the address, ya actual build quality bhi top-notch hai? Change my mind if I'm wrong.
