Visited NS Prime View Extension last weekend. Project completed hai, but I'm eyeing it purely as investment. Even though I'm in real estate, buying for myself feels different, you know? What's the actual rental yield for a 2BHK here? Builder numbers toh I know, but real-world figures kya hain? For a completed project, resale market kitna liquid hai?
