Everyone glorifies DLF Aralias for its exclusivity, but honestly, are those high-end amenities actually *used* daily, or just for show? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. Emaar Luxury Floors, while cheaper, seems to have a better end-user ratio, which is huge for society vibe. Aralias feels like it's built for investors to flip, not families to live in. Change my mind.
