Since last year I'm eyeing Noida properties, from Dubai. Managing a Godrej flat in Sector 150 without being there, it's a concern. Power of attorney reliable hai kya? NRI ke liye rental yield worth it hai?

Yaar, yeh real estate market toh bas sir dard ban gaya hai. Builders promises pe promises, aur delivery zero. Dubai se invest karna toh aur bhi risky hai. Better hai FD mein daal do paise, at least tension toh nahi hogi.
