₹3 crore for a 3BHK in Big Block South City 2 sounds like a big jump, honestly. Kids have moved out, so I'm looking to downsize from our kothi, something manageable with an elevator. This project looks good on paper, but I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience. Kya sach mein yeh price justify karta hai for the quality of life? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Heard some societies charge a lot, and we're on a fixed income now. Also, proximity to a good hospital is a must for us elders, is there one close by? Not sure if the community vibe is friendly or isolated either. Any residents here who can share their honest feedback?

₹3 crore for a 3BHK, even in South City 2, sounds steep, especially for downsizing. Hum bhi yahi soch rahe hain, kothi se flat mein shift karein but it feels like a big step up in price for a smaller space. Kya sach mein itna worth hai, ya humari budget calculations galat hain?
