My loan approval is almost done, but I'm still confused about builders in Sector 84. I work in RE, but buying for myself is different; I see through marketing. Builders like Gaursons or ACE Group ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery and quality in this specific area? With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway coming up, what upcoming developments can actually impact Sector 84's residential value in 3-5 years? Also, green cover aur parks ka kya scene hai yahan? Koi hidden builder issues ya maintenance charges ka jugaad hai kya? Honest opinions please.

Bhai, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. RE mein kaam karke bhi apna ghar lena is a different ball game. Main bhi Sector 84 mein dekh raha hoon aur Gaursons & ACE ke projects ne mujhe bhi confused kar rakha hai. Timely delivery ka toh pata nahi, sab marketing hype lagta hai. Koi real feedback dega toh bahut help hogi.
