I moved into Unnati The Aranya Phase 2 just last month. Honestly, everyone glorifies its capital appreciation potential, but iska resale market utna liquid nahi hai, I feel. Rental yields bhi expect se kam hain. Long-term investors ke liye, 5 saal baad exit strategy kya hogi? Kaun lega yeh property? Change my mind.

Really? I thought Unnati Aranya Phase 2 was supposed to be a good option near Greater Noida. Is the resale market really that bad overall for projects completed in 2018? I'm looking at properties in Alpha I Greater Noida, toh ab tension ho rahi hai.
Bhai, totally feel you. Hum bhi dekh rahe the Unnati Aranya, but liquidity ka doubt tha hi. Lagta hai sahi decision liya nahi book karke.
