Gurgaon's property prices feel like they're already at their peak, honestly. I'm looking at 2BHKs, around ₹1.5 Cr in Sectors 65 or Dwarka Expressway. With Dwarka Expressway completing, will prices still climb, or is this the highest? My parents say wait. Is it worth buying now for capital appreciation? What's the sentiment?
