Spent the whole Sunday checking projects in Sarjapur Road. Honestly, fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Pre-launch discounts pe bohot doubt tha. But I found builders like Prestige or Godrej sometimes give real early bird deals. Compare current ready-to-move prices nearby, it can be worth it near Metro Phase 3. EMI vs rent math is finally making sense. Hope this helps someone.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Sarjapur Road pe options toh bohot hain, but pre-launch deals pe trust karna mushkil lagta hai. Which projects did you check? Metro Phase 3 ke paas connectivity kaafi improve ho jayegi, that's a big plus.
U1, I saw some good deals in Godrej Park Retreat and Prestige City. The price difference was almost 10-12% compared to their ready projects nearby. Metro connectivity will definitely push prices up in that micro-market
