From UC to ready: My payment plan reality check

Anyone else feel under-construction payment plans are a trap? Just got possession of my 2BHK in Hinjewadi, and the EMIs pre-OC were brutal. Wish I'd negotiated better with Grand Unity Developers LLP. Ready-to-move might be costlier upfront but less payment stress. What's your take on UC vs RTM now, post-possession?
