Yaar, full down payment toh bahut risky lagta hai, especially with builders these days. Sahi mein, saara paisa ek saath block ho gaya toh, aur agar project late hua ya kuch aur issue aa gaya toh? Meri toh neend ud jaayegi soch ke hi. Sector 69 mein Tata Housing ka track record kaisa hai, koi bata sakta hai kya?
