Yaar, I visited Happy Homes last year. They showed me a flat in the ₹45 L range, and it felt decent for a completed project. But the RERA 'Not Applicable' tag always bothered me. For a small society of 20 units, I guess they bypassed it. But that also means less accountability. Water supply ke liye they said borewell hai but I heard from a guard next door that tankers are a regular sight, especially in summers. Koi actual resident hai yahan jo confirm kar sake?
Haan bhai, I have a friend who lives nearby in Alaknanda and knows someone in Happy Homes. Unhone bataya tha ki power backup sirf lights aur fans ke liye hai, AC ya geyser bhool jao. Aur water pressure bhi low rehta hai aksar, especially top floors pe. Tanker toh unka daily ka scene hai.
Exactly! Happy Homes ka power backup toh naam ka hai bas. Builder claims kuch aur, reality kuch aur. Main bhi sun raha tha yahi sab.
